Equally important to us is creating space within the schedule. Alongside the morning practices and shared experiences, we intentionally allow generous periods of free time and “white space” throughout the day. This time is there for you to slow down, reflect, integrate what you are experiencing, spend time in nature, journal, or simply enjoy being in your own space.

Pilates & Functional Flow with Nigel: With over 25 years of experience, Nigel guides you through a practice designed to realign your posture, strengthen your core, and create fluid, pain-free movement. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a beginner, Nigel’s expert eye ensures you move with precision and grace.
SOMA Breathwork Meditation: Following movement, we transition into a guided SOMA session. This powerful rhythmic breathing practice helps calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and prime your mind for deep clarity and joy.
The Breakfast Table: We gather for a vibrant, chef-prepared breakfast featuring locally sourced, seasonal ingredients from the Nice region. Think sun-ripened fruits, artisanal grains, and nourishing proteins designed to fuel your day without the “heavy” feeling.
The Afternoon: Integration & Exploration
We believe that true transformation happens in the “white space” between activities. Afternoons at La Maison du Loup are yours to design.

One of the unique pillars of this retreat is our dedicated Lifestyle Optimisation & Self-Regulation Session, led by our expert facilitators Anita Edwards and Nigel McHollan.
