Nigel took it back to basics, analysed my walk, run, foot strike, flexibility etc then wrote up a detailed plan (with helpful You Tube demonstrations) to strengthen my muscles in all the right places.

After 3 appointments – and a focused effort to do ALL the necessary strengthening exercises – my hip and knee were moving great.. SORTED!”
